Sunny Home in the heart of Trastevere
|住所||Vicolo del Bologna, 00153 Roma, イタリア|
The one bedroom apartment is ideal for couples, although it can comfortably accomodate up to four guests; two on the queen size bed in the bedroom and two on the queen size bed in the living room. The bathroom had two doors and opens both onto the bedroom and the corridor, making it comfortably accessible for all guests, while ensuring privacy for all. Right next to it there is the washing machine which is also a dryer.
The apartment will be entirely at your disposal, all amenities included. We provide towels and bed sheets, as well as complimentary toiletries, to render your stay as comfortable as possible.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for enjoying some company while cooking, not being closed off from the dining and living room; perfect for preparing a sumptuous lunch or quick aperitivo together with friends. For the fresh produce the best option is about 10 minutes away; the farmers market on Piazza San Cosimato, a small but well equipped market with everything from vegetable and fruits over meat, fish and typical italian cured meats and cheeses.
ハウスルールWe'd like our guests to be informed that since the 1st of January 2011 Rome City Council is asking for an overnight accommodation tax on tourist service in the city. This fee, 3.50 euros per night (10 nights maximum) per person (with the exception of children up to 10 years and in Rome residents), is not included in the total rate, and has to be paid cash upon arrival.
We are happy to meet for check-in and hand-over of keys at any hour of the day, however we kindly ask you to understand that we charge for late check-in. This fee is to be paid in cash upon arrival; €30 after 20:30 and €50 after 24.

We loved our quaint and odd apartment in Rome. Great location. As long as you are prepared to accept its age and odd layout it is the best for a couple to stay. so near to everything. When our Wi-Fi broke down and we reported the fault it was fixed on the day - great service.
Thank you so much
I can only recomend this wonderfull apartment in Trastevere. The terrace is really amazing. From the top we could see the most of Rome. And all the things we saw was in walking distance from the apartment. Im sure we will come back one day, everything was working ok from pick up in the airport, info in apartment, and pickup to go home again, absolutely super.
Nice appartment in Monte Verde.
Fabrizio who welcomed us was very friendly and told us a lot of useful information about Rome.
The entrance to the garage was quite narrow when arriving in a sedan (audi a4).
Public transportion was in close approximity to the appartment as was three supermarkets and several restaurants.
To earn the last star a few details was missing.
All in all a nice place to stay when in Rome.
We enjoyed it very much to have this apartment as our base in Rome. More than enough space for a family of 8 persons and a nice living room / kitchen to start up and end the day together. Very good, local restaurants in the street. And last but not least, the apartment is on a very good distance from Rome city...
We spent a great weekend at the apartment of Emiliano and Maria, who were also very patient with us (Thank you again for that. :)). It's very spacious and comfortable and well situated just down the street from Vatican. We received 2 sets of keys, what was very useful, too. We were provided with everything necessary; towels, shampoo etc.
FYI: Just down the street is a great bar, where we had breakfast. They are making a great cappuccino there and had amazing cornetti as well.
I'd highly recommend staying there.
The apartment is ideally situated in cozy Trastevera. That said, the stay was somewhat disappointing. The apartment definitely needs to be painted and especially the bathroom needs to be refurbished. There is very little water pressure on the water in the shower. Also, there is a big hole in the wall above the door telephone. The kitchen is so small that it is almost unusable. The terrace was dirty. We paid DKK 10,700 for 9 days plus city tax, which is way too much.
Trastevere is the best place to stay, when in Rome. The apartment is fine, however a lot of noise from the street all the time also during night, that we didnt know! we were four persons, but only two wineglasses and two big towels in the apartment. The terrace was not ready for visitors, quite dirty and dusty. The bathroom needs to be fixed.
Three of my family members and I stayed in Rome for medical purposes. The apartment was very spacious for an apartment in the city, and the price was excellent for the size. Having a clothes washer, large bedrooms, and separate kitchen, dining, and living spaces was ideal and very convenient for our long stay. The couch is large and comfortable, and all three bedrooms have true double beds (none are twin beds pushed together), so you could stay up to 7 people very comfortably. The hosts responded to messages promptly and were very helpful in answering our questions before we arrived in the city. There is a grocery store, Carrefour, just a couple blocks away, and a market for fresh produce during the morning and early afternoon on the other side of the building. Go to Osteria dei Pontefici two blocks away for dinner, and Capitan Cono just a couple blocks further for gelato!
