Casa Marzia metro S.Paolo a 100 m
Floor No.1(with elevator)
|住所||gabriello chiabrera, 00145 Roma, イタリア|
In the district there is the Papal Basilica of Saint Paul Outside the Walls, this is one of the four papal basilicas of Rome and is the second largest after that of San Pietro in Vaticano.
The apartment has an area of about 46 square meters and consists of a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, a living room with sofa bed and wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Great attention has been paid to the choice of materials and furniture in order to get a warm and comfortable environment. Recently, new windows were installed. Now the windows are double glazed and mosquito nets.
A small balcony overlooks also a communal garden laterally arranged on the street Chiabrera. The tranquility is guaranteed both by the fact that via Chiabrera is a local road and therefore not affected by strong traffic flows that characterize other parts of the city, and because the apartment is not located directly on the street. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons. The heating system is centralized and the production of hot water for sanitary / kitchen is independent.
The neighborhood is well connected and it is possible to easily reach Trastevere , Testaccio and the center of Rome in general by subway , bicycle and bus .
In addition , using the b line metro you can reach Ostia Antica , one of the largest archaeological sites in the world .
Cleaning fee : € 20 per stay .
On request and payment it is possible to take advantage of the service from the airport to the apartment and vice versa.
This was my second stay in Marzia's "casetta di vacanca".
Thanks again. It was perfect again and my two daughters also liked it very much.
I'm sure your apartment will be my first choice for my next trip to Rome!
At first, i wanna say THANK YOU MARIZA for the great stay in your apartement.
We were there from 28th of june until 30th of june. At we arrived the first Moment it was so much heartly. Mariza is a very nice host, she explain you everything about the City and give you a lot of leads that you need for your stay. The Apartement is very clear and typicial italian. There are so many Counts in this apartement what does it makes so firendly. By itself is it very big, you`ve got a small kitchen were you can cook if you want, everything is there. (knife, fork, plates etc.)
From the bedroom there is a little balcony where you invites to sit in the evening and drink a glas of wine or playing cards:) Is it very quite and comfortable. The Supermarket and the Metro Station is just 100m a far from the apartement. With the Metro there a just 4-6 stepps (it belongs what you wanna see from Rom) to see wonderful signs from Roma. I hope that we don t Forget something, we are already happy that we decide us for this apartement. We just can recommend everybody to book it, it was a great experience and adventure in Rom. Again thanks for all Mariza. We wanna come back :)
Marzia was very nice and made us feel at home at once in her charming flat. The neighbourhood feels secure and offers everything you need.
Beautiful, clean and typically Italien accommodation! Very near to Metro station and in the surroundings are bars, cafes and a supermarket. And Marzia is very friendly!
We had a lovely stay at Marzia's and Carlo's apartment. It is situated in a really nice authentic quartier of Rome, with nice restaurants in the area. The aparment itself was very clean, well prepared and the communication with Marzia was very easy. We can absolutely recommend a stay at their place! :) Thank you very much for everything.
Was everything you need, clean, comfortable and in a great neighborhood. Only negatives were mosquitos which seemed to get in even with all windows closed and I found the bedding too fragrant.
We had a wonderful time in this appartment, although we were there during some very hot late August days and it does not have climatization (!)
But we very much enjoyed the italian neighborhood, and a supermarket, bank, restaurants and bars, gelateria etc. as well as Metro are very close by.
Definitely, the value for money is much better than in central Rome.
We would always come back, also thanks to Marzia who is a very friendly and uncomplicated host.
We spent a fine week in Rome and accommodation was perfect. It's very nice flat with air conditioning, near to subway and it's about 15 minutes to the centre of Rome - ideal location with supermarket, pizza and cafe.
I have had a wonderful stay in Marzia's little appartment in Rome.
Marzia is a very friendly lady check-in and -out, and Wifi-connection: everything went great, just as you want it.
The flat is very nice and clean, again, everything you need.
I will come again. That's for sure.
10 Points out of 10.
Located in the popular are of S. Paolo, 200 mt from Underground (we had car too).
Fruit shops and other markets are open every day (holidays included). The area is popular but friendly, never felt to be sorrounded by dangerous people or potential problems at any hour even in the night.
About the apartment: fast key delivery. Marzia is friendly and the place is clean with almost all necessary services (wifi included) to spend some days in Rome and feeling like you're living there.
Weak points: The doors to the little balcony towards the street are very old and the night caos (truck collecting waste from the garbage bins, extremely noisy) and traffic is really strong. We had to use earplugs to be able to sleep. I said to Marzia, and hope she will do something about it. In my opinion a modern door with anti-noise glasses etc, will increase the value of this apartment a looooot.
Even the shutters are not stable and totally closing down (if you want to sleep in total darkness) and could be adjusted a little.
A good sleep it's important when you'll walk all day in the summer heat.
Other minor down points are the light smell of humid walls and some mosquitos but this can be solved with easy solutions. For us this was a minor problem for a 4 days stay.
The overall impression is good, but pls. Marzia, do something about the bedroom's doors and we may return with great pleasure. :-)
