Amazing stay! Sue is perfect! Her flat is clean nice and well situated! She will make your stay in N-Y more than amazing! We couldn't expect more for a first stay in N-Y. Her flat is in a quiet and safe area, she gives a lot of good tips and always there to help! Really we recommend this flat! :)
We had a very pleasant stay in Sues cozy studio. Small but functional. It is located in a quiet and nice area well located close to Central park and to a metro station. Sue is a very friendly hostess. Sending information and suggestions in advance, welcoming us with food and wine, stayed in touch with us during our stay, invited us to the MoMa and let us check out later than agreed. Thank you so much Sue for your fabulous hospitality. We are delighted to recommend this accommodation when visiting NYC.
Sue was very comfortable to talk to, she had good advise how to get around and helped with ideas what to do. The appartement was in a good condition and a great location. okay clean and equipped with towels and blankets. The kitchen is handy for guests wanting to cook a simple meal, the fridge is big enough.
A delightful apartment in an amazing location. The photos don't do it justice! We were given the most wonderful welcome by the host. She also gave us amazing tips for things to do that couldn't be found in a guide book. We definitely would book again for any future NY trips. It certainly beats any of the NY hotels we have stayed in.
We stayed at Sue's upper east side apartment for four days. Prior to our arrival, Sue had provided details about the neighborhood and excellent recommendations for restaurants. If you are into something not for tourists, you'll love the new yorker insights! Great location, literally a block away from the park. Classy apartment located in the heart of the city. Easy access to public transit plus effortless shopping - everything is in walking distance! Highly recommended for those who are visiting NYC!
Sue's tiny apartment couldn't have been in a better location... a block from Central Park and near many NYC venues... shopping, dining or museum hopping. It was easy to access public transportation and was within walking distance of both the east and west side of Manhattan.
Sue was a great hostess making numerous suggestions about where to eat and what to see while in the city.
the apartment was little but big enough and cozy. and not so far away from everything good connections by metro and stuff, and super close to central park as described, with sue everything went the way you want when you go on vacation, good agreements nice and cozy, SUPER FRIENDLY!!

Sue's apartments is far better than the description! Within a block distance from Central Park, near to MET and Frick Museums, two/three blocks from Subway Station and major commerce (including a Food Emporium) one has almost every need at a hand. In a cozy ambience, with furnishings and beautiful decoration, we can feel at home and enjoy all the best NYC offers. Although one piece apartment, drawers and closet offers plenty of space and the well equipped kitchen helps in offering comfort for travelers that spend all day in never ending walks! Next time, it will be my address in NYC again!
We had a very perfect stay at Sue's clean and cosy apartment in NY! Location is wonderful, in a nice (main) shopping street and very close to Central Park, subway and fine restaurants. We could walk to almost everything! The apartment is small, but very charming and comfortable. There was a bottle of wine, fresh fruit and chocolates on the bar, so sweet! Most of all we love the house because we feel like a real New Yorker during our stay at Sue's apartment :) Not like a tourist when you sleep in a hotel. Thank you Sue! Highly recommended!
