We (young couple) stayed at the room at the beginning of May 2014. The location is fairly good, as it is a walking distance from downtown. Miglen was very helpful upon our arrival: he met us at the metro and explained what places to visit and where to go eat. Breakfast includes bread, jam, feta cheese, and juice. The room is slightly more isolated than the others, and has a balcony, which is nice. Overall, the quality/price ratio is good, and we would recommend it.
Miglen and his family are very very nice people, the apartment is good and well situated, it is great if you are a group of 7-8 persons. Miglen is very friendly and gives you good advices and offers many services (breakfast, etc.),
I highly recommend him, we had a great time !
Miglen and his family is very helpful and also very sympathetic to us. They helped us from the beginning of our stay till the end. We reached them easily when we needed.
The apart was also so nice to stay with that price. We all enjoyed staying there. Thank you again Miglen...
the hotess is very gentil:very good breakfast;very good location:
A nice place to stay when you're visiting Athens! Having a clean kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals. There's a fridge and the rooms were clean! Miglen has been an excellent host and gave us a small tour upon arrival (2 am!). A big plus is the closeness of the omonia metrostation and busterminals to go outside the city.
Miglen's house is a very friendly guesthouse. I had a good welcome when i arrived and Miglen was always willing to help me or to give me some informations. I visited Athens by foot from his house. Ok, you're not in a hotel but it's very cheap. You are in a very good place if you're looking for a cheap place. I recommand.
Yes, it is budget accommodation and for €24 a night, you can't expect the Hilton, but the accommodation was comfortable, clean and not crowded. And a basic breakfast with strong coffee to kickstart the day was included in the rent. Moreover, Miglen and his sister were the perfect hosts. Miglen spent an hour telling me the best things to see in Athens and how to get to each one, and great places to eat locally. He even arranged for my dirty laundry to be washed and dried at no cost. This is a service he offers all his guests. All the main tourist must sees, including the Acropolis and Agora, were within easy walking distance. Although located close to Omanoia Square, which does not have a great reputation, never did I feel unsafe walking around night or day as there were always plenty of people about. If you want budget accommodation with great hosts, I can highly recommend this accommodation.
Nice and helpful person.eveything is near to you .recommended.
Our room was for the price 15 € per night and person really ok, only the size of bed is for double room to small, for two children, or really skinny persons would be large enough, for two guys is the bed really to small.
Breakfast is included, simple and good.
One notice for people with problems to sleep: really loud area at night.
It was a very good experience in general.
The flat was very clean and Miglen very nice, helpful and friendly.
