Good apartment, very comfortable, clean and quite cozy. Ideal pick for few days stay.
However, there are few cons about it. The towel drayer in the bathroom was not working, the shower rail was broken, the walls were not as clean as it could be.
But whatsoever I would recommend this apartment and will pick it next time.
Nice apartment, very tidy and cozy, close to some mini-market and hotels (for ATM). During the nighttime is quiet enough and the bed is so comfortable.
Very good position, close to Tram Stops (Lipanska or Olsanska) and 10 min walking to "Atrium Flora" Mall and Metro Station (Flora): I suggest take tram in Lipanska, go to Flora, have a good drink or meal in Atrium Flora Mall and take Metropolitan to the centre.
A little bit far, for the check in, but it's very easy reach it, anyway owners very helpful and kind: they will give you Prague map for public transport and a map of apartment with some advice.
Prague is marvellous and i will back again and rent the same apartment.
This place is a good choice if you travel on a budget and you want to live in a nice neighborhood. It has everything you need for a short stay. The tram is five minutes away, so it won't be a problem if you want to go to the city shortly.
Rooms are clean.
One confusion with the vocabulary. In BrE the floor of a building at street level is the ground floor, the one above it is the first floor and the one below it is the basement, or lower ground floor in a public building. The apt. is on the ground floor but the street is quiet, so it was not a problem, just a suprise for us.
The sheets are clean but the bedding smelled funny and had damp-stains, therefore four out of five stars.
Very nice appartment. Good neighbourhood with lots of small shops and restaurants. There were however very few kitchen utensils, though enough to make do. Loved our stay in Praha!
First Emil and Vlad are great. They are very helpful with request and information, and handle issues promptly. The room: On the first floor. The street is loud from time to time. The room has double windows which do quiet things down, however its summer and was to hot to sleep with windows close. I used ear plugs to sleep. Bed mattress is OK for the 4 days I was there. I'm 210 pounds & prefer firm. Room was fairly clean. Cupboards needed dusting. The rug by the bed is dirty. I would have preferred not having the rug at all. the rest of the apartment is a wood type of flooring which is easy to keep clean. Kitchen was functional with 2 eye electric stove which worked fine. The fridge was big enough to store a couple days worth of food. Their is no oven however. Their was enough utility items to cook. Bathroom: Clean, however it appears a little mold is forming in the shower. Nothing to be too concerned about. Water very hot & the 2 shower heads were great. Washing machine in bathroom worked fine. Their is a heated dryer rack also. I recommend one brings a close line if you plan on washing a lot. Their is a store across the street for all basic needs, and a large grocery store with 2 km. I never found the out door trash bins, and the room is only serviced weekly. Parking is reserved for permanent tenants, however I parked right in front and did not get a ticket. Area appears to be safe. Cafe and eateries are very close.
Bottom line for the inexpensive cost its a nice place.
Lovely apartment, which is ideal for a break in Prague. All the facilities were clean and well maintained, and Ilya couldn't have been more helpful.
Prague is a lovely city, and the apartment enhanced our stay. Someone had even thoughtfully filled the ice cube tray in the freezer, so on arrival we could have ice cold drinks!
Definitely make sure you remember to arrange picking up the keys with the office in advance, as it's not directly near the apartment (although isn't at all far on the tram).
I can also recommend visiting the TV tower, which is a short walk away from the apartment, for some brilliant night time sky line views.
the apartment is clean and nice, also it's easy to get to the main station. i recommend this place to everybody visiting prague.
The kitchen could be equipped better. The Appartment was clean, the neighbourhood was pretty quiet. All in all a nice appartment.
very nice apartment, near to the bus station and restaurants, shops. exept it was on first floor so was quite noisy.
