- Excellent location (5 minutes walk to Swiss Cottage tube station)
- Highly responsive rental management team (sorted out any problems immediately)
- Extremely noisy (flat above an Italian wine bar-restaurant)
- Noisy neighbours (you can hear everything)
- Maintenance issues (the kettle blew the electricity and the boiler stopped working)
- Not very clean
Conclusion: reasonable value for money, helpful staff, good location but noisy.
The room was good and the access to all the shops and buses was excellent. I cannot complain about this place because it was good value and I am likely to stay there again, Sam
This flat was the most horrible flat that we have ever seen. First of all we arrived at the flat at the evening, and it was already dirty. Not only the beds, but also the table and the wardrobe was covered with dirt. Apart from that, the object is located next to a delivery station of a supermarket, so its very loud during the days and nights. We couldn´t sleep for 3 days, so we decided to leave the flat for the last days. I also do not recommend this flat,because the host did not reply to our calls and messages. All in all not recommendable.
Not a very good place to stay for more than a couple of days. The price is far too high for the quality you get - and the quality is, in fact, quite low.
I lived here for 7 weeks during a work-related visit to London. The apartment I got did not look like the one in the picture. It was a lot dirtier. The kitchen sink had a rotten smell to it that never went away (and wasn't fixed despite me teeling the person in charge). I ended up buying a new pot because the one that was provided was badly damaged and unusable. I also bought cleaning supplies to keep the place somewhat tidy.
Worst of all: At least one wall seems to be moldy from a water damage. It gives off a very unpleasant smell.
One the plus side: Harlesden isn't fashionable but nice. Very international. And it's easy to reach the city (via Overground).
Very big & comfortable place but unfortunately the bathroom stank all the time, because of the drain pipe. I had to buy toilet paper and washing-up liquid to use the dishes properly and the fridge and the microwave made really strange and loud noieses all the time, you should take a look at them.. but so far a nice room to stay.
Spacious, incredibly convenient to two underground stations and buses. Great restaurants, cafes and shops right outside the door. Very warm. Bathroom and kitchen basic and under equipped. Free wifi a big bonus. Comfortable furniture.
the flat was great all as the photos in a good place very quiet with ot so much neighboors and good statement with a lot of shop just at the corner a great experience but the bed is a little uncomfortable but it's good for 1 week without children ! thanks!!!!!!!
El apartamento es, definitivamente, para dos personas solamente. Fuimos 4 y fue una locura. No veo buena relación calidad-precio. Está muy bien ubicado, eso sí, pero creo que es lo único bueno que tiene. El wifi funcionó la mitad del tiempo.
Ho soggiornato, con mia figlia, 5 giorni in questo appartamento, ho riscontrato tutte le caratteristiche descritte nell'offerta ma, ciò che ci ha veramente entusiasmato è stata la location dell'appartamento, vicinissima sia alla Tube che alle fermate dei bus, senza dimenticare l'ingresso di Hyde Park praticamente a due passi con la possibilità di attraversarne una parte e trovarsi praticamente in centro! Qualche suggerimento: il contenitore per i rifiuti sotto il lavello e qualche prolunga elettrica per poter utilizzare le lampade vicino al letto.
L'appartamento è in posizione strategica, nel quartiere di Bayswater, dove tutto è a portata di mano, dai numerosi supermercati (Tesco, Sainsbury), agli agenti di cambio, ristoranti di ogni parte del mondo e negozi. Inoltre è a pochi passi da ben due fermate della metro della Circle Line e della Central Line e anche da Hyde Park. Per di più l'affaccio è su una strada tranquilla. Il nostro monolocale (#IN7) era ubicato al primo piano ed era pulito. Il palazzo è stato di recente ristrutturato. L'unica nota dolente è che avevamo prenotato per 4, ma il monolocale era dotato di un letto matrimoniale (materasso da cambiare) e di un sofà decisamente inadatto a due persone, e peraltro molto scomodo. Per chi ci andasse d'estate, è fornito di un gradevole terrazzino: ma chiedete al proprietario di renderlo vivibile.
