Damage deposit to be paid on arrival: £150

We reserve the right to decline admission if such documentation is not provided upon request.
Late arrival Fee - for late arrival to the apartment: between 9 p.m. and 10.30 p.m. - £30.00. For arrivals between 10.30 pm and midnight - £50.00. (Unfortunately we cannot waiver this fee for delayed flights).
PLEASE NOTE: we cannot accept arrivals after 12.00am/ midnight. If you are arriving to a London airport we advise you to book at an airport hotel until the next morning when we can meet you at your apartment at an agreed time.
We can provide a letter for your insurance company stating you could not spend the first night in your booked accommodation due to a unacceptably delayed flight.
We are a family of five, and have found this apartment very comfortable, and well positioned within London. We are very pleased about the fact that it is exactly the same as the photographs displayed in the website; we weren't let down at all. The apartment is very close to a supermarket we have found agreeable, and a short distance away from the O2, (an excellent place to have dinner or spend the afternoon, with minigolf for the little ones) and the Underground station (all three of these places are in the same vicinity, which we have found very useful). We strongly suggest this apartment, as we have found it suitable in most all aspects.
The modern and clean 2-bedroom apartment was great and is highly recommended. It had 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, TV and Wifi. The best part was the phenomenal view from the balcony on the 17th floor. Tube, Tesco, coffee shops and restaurants are all within a short walking distance. The construction site close to the building did not bother us at all. We really enjoyed our stay.
Excellent apartment, great location, would normally go for five stars.
Due to double booking of our confirmed apartment on the 17th floor Lana and her team moved us to the 3rd floor, with no upfront communication at all, which was a very unpleasant surprise at arrival.
It took some ours to come to a solution, which finally worked for all, partial refunding, move to the 10th floor with a great view across the Thames river after 2 nights, and a nice bottle of Champagne. But the first hours of a four-day trip were really not working out the way that we wanted them to be.
If communication would have been better upfront, our review would definitely be better than "neutral", even if the 17th floor apartment would not have been available to us. Please improve your communication to your guests in unpleasant situations!
Dear Lana and Alan (not to forget Ivan) -- we had a brilliant stay for 5 days at your appartment - easy to find - very close to the Tube (North Greenwich Station), Emirates telferic and the O2 Arena - not to forget the excellent Pub within walking distance - Premises within splitting distance to River Thames.
The different views given from the balcony are terrific. Shopping opportunities also really close to the accomodation. Ground Transportation opportunities are perfect. Center of London approx. in 30 minutes distance.
The appartment itself: fabulous, totally clean and modern equipped, kitchen for self-supply, two great bathrooms. From Arrival @ Leaving: everything worked without any issue.
Highly recommended! We will get back.
Apartment faithful to the announcement: light, spacious, clean, modern and comfortable, overlooking the Thames, which is nice! To improve: windows that are difficult to close; the door of machine dishwashing that does not open completely. DESPITE THAT, positive impressions.

The apartment was easy to find and the meeting with Lana has worked without problems. We get very frindly informations. The double beds for two persons were only 1,40 m wide. We were four people and every one would like to sleep in their own bed. But you could sleep very well on the two couches in the living room. The apartment was clean, tidy and quiet and it was very warm inside. Lamp shades and clothes hooks would be desirable. The supermarket, underground, bus station and boot pier are very near, only 10 min to walk. It takes 1,5 - 2 hours from Heathrow in the west to the flat in the east by underground. Next to the apartment is a cable cabin over the Thames where you can enjoy great views over the docks.
We liked, that it was a non smoking flat and we were very pleased and happy to recommend the apartment.
