What makes it unique this penthouse is that it has a very roomy outdoor area which is quiet unexpected being a one bedroom penthouse. At the entrance of the penthouse, there is the kitchen/living area which is very luminous as it has apertures on both sides of the building. On one side there is a spacious balcony where one can hang out clothes to dry and on the other one can find the spacious terrace.
As for the kitchen, it comes fully equipped with hob, oven and all utensils one can need as well as four seating chairs with a good sized dining table. As for the living area, there is a 32’’ tv with complementary cable tv and wifi internet.
On the other side of the entrance one can find the spacious bedroom which has also a door leading to the spacious outdoor area. As for the bedroom, it is fully equipped with AC. Being quite an over-sized bedroom one can fit in even the 3rd person on a single bed in the same bedroom. The bedroom then leads to an en-suite which comes fully equipped with a shower closure, sink and toilet.
The focal point of this penthouse is the 50sqm of private terrace where on one side one can find the BBQ area with 6 seating area under a canopy and on the other side a sunbathing area to enjoy during the day. All the flooring outside is decked and it makes it even more pronounced. What might be a missing is that one has only street view from the terrace. But the area where it is located makes it paid for that loss as it is only few minutes walk to any amenity. Whether being shopping, eating, pubs or even swimming.
Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
Payment is all to be done all in advance to the website. After 24hrs from the tenants physical check in the funds will be then transferred to us.
A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on arrival via credit card.
Please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities:
- for 1 bedroom apartment- 100KWh
free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.
Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.
Monthly rate it is also available, please ask for quote.
Also please do note the utilities are NOT included on a monthly rate but paid for as much as one consumes.Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.Apartment also available for long term booking of 6months or even longer please ask for quote.

Everything was ok. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We've received also very nice package with some needed issues. Steve is very friendly and helpful - thank you very much Steve! I can recommend you this apartment.
The apartment was as described. However, the agent welcoming us was rushed and small things felt like they were done "on the cheap ". Some light bulbs didn't work, there was only a couple of sachets of salt and pepper (despite being advertised as having a full kitchen), and so on. WiFi was broken for best part of a day. The agent should sort this stuff out prior to arrival.
The appartment was great!
I had a problem with the wardrobe, and it was fixed within 2 days.
The only point is it can take a while to park your car ;)
I recommended this appartment, but if you hire a car it's maybe not the right location because of the parking issues.
We had a wonderful holiday in Sliema, Malta. The apartment is well located, beaches, a shopping centre and a lot of bars and restaurants were only a few minutes away, The apartment has al the supplies you need. We had a warm welcome and our host was friendly and always there to help you with questions.
Great apartment in the center of Sliema. Clean, large, comfortable. I highly recommend! It was a great time on Malta.

Great apartment with a really nice view. Plenty of room and the apartment included everything we needed. St Julians Bay is surrounded by nice restaurants and less than ten minutes walks to supermarkets and beaches. A very kind women from our own country welcomed us en explained everything. We could contact them anytime if we needed help, but fortunately that wasn't necessary. Thanks for the great stay, we had a very nice time!
What a memorable experience. The apartment was extremely clean and more than adequate for our 15 nights stay. Our host met us at the door- step although we were a little late arriving. We were shown around the apartment and given all the necessary information required. The apartment was well placed for Sliema and near to all the supermarkets etc. We would recommend to all. Many thanks to you all for your help in ensuring we had a perfect holiday.

The appartement was absolutely lovely! We have actually nothing bad to say about it. The check-in and check-out were easy and the host was friendly.
As we once had problems with the wifi we made a quick phone call, and came home shortly after to find it already replaced.
So we can only give a big thank you and a thumbs up!
