Everything was fine except of the noise. It was a bit loud but at night it was ok. Marco is really friendly and a cool guy. I recommend it!
A clean apartment with everything needed (towels, kitchen equipment, washing machine, wifi). Nice and clean bathroom.
A perfect location. The tramway goes right past it, so it's very easy to go to the centre and we could even walk because it's not too far. You can hear the tram if the window is open but it's only during the day, not at night, so it didn't bother us at all. We slept very well!
Marco is very kind and helpful. He takes very good care of the apartment and guests. If we come back to Nice, we would definitely stay here again!
Merci beaucoup Marco!
We had a very nice stay. The studio is very clean and the sofa was really comfortable. While the staircase in the house looks a bit old, the flat and bathroom were recently renovated and in very good state. By walk the neighboorhood is 10-15 min away from the old town. Alternatively you can also take the tram for 2 stations. All dealings with the landlord were very smooth.
Only drawback: With open windows the tram in front of the building can be a bit loud. However we were always quiet tired so that we didn´t care.
We were looking for a cheep and simple place to stay and for the price of 60€/night it´s exactly what we got. We can recommand this studio.
Lovely studio close to the centre with all equipment needed (including necessary kitchen equipment, wash machine, fan, towels etc.). Marco is a nice friendly person willing to help with anything. There is a big parking space next to the street for travellers with car. I would recommend this studio to all the visitors. Higly recommended!
We've had a very nice stay in this apartment. It has a great location in the centre of Nice; a tram stop, baker and supermarket nearby. We were on the beach within ten minutes. The apartment itself is very neat. We've slept well on the sofa bed. Marco is friendly and helpful. This apartment is a great alternative if you think the hotels in Nice are too expensive. Thank you Marco for our pleasant stay!
A very clean and nice studio with everything one need with friendly and very courteous host. It is also not far from the Vieille Ville and has good connections to all traffic. We liked this studio a lot and can recommend it.
Studio was very clean and well equipped. Marco and his wife are wonderful hosts, I highly recommend this place. Tram stop is really close and there is no problem to get to the city centre. Supermarket is also nearby. Don't hesitate to spend your time in Nice here!
The studio was great - clean, updated and with great appliances. The facilities, internet, TV, fridge, washer, oven, were great. The host, Marco, was very helpful and nice. We recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Nice, you get excellent value for your money!
Thank you for a great stay!
Also alles in allem top!
