Visit Turin on Foot
|住所||Via Giuseppe Baretti, 10125 Torino, イタリア|
It is situated on the second floor, in the inner courtyard of a typically Turinese “palazzo”.
Just imagine: a spacious double bedroom with a large wardrobe, a large living room with a double sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, gas hob, oven and dishwasher), a bathroom with shower and a small entrance hall, in addition to a 32 feet long balcony.
Leaving the building, the bohemian atmosphere of San Salvario will surround you. Within a 5 minute walking range, typically Piedmontese, ethnic or locally produced “0 Km” cuisine will feed and delight you. Open air terraces where you may sip real ales and beers, world famous Piedmontese wine or various “aperitivos”, live music, art studios and workshops, auteur films are just a few of the many things San Salvario has to offer. Live it all or just ignore it and then simply withdraw to the welcoming tranquillity of this house.
The apartment is 6 minutes from Porta Nuova railway station and 4 minutes from the underground station. From the apartment you can get to the Lingotto trade fair and exhibition centre in no more than 10-15 minutes. Just stroll through history along a lovely “porticoed” street sided by fashion boutiques and cafés that will lead you directly to the historic heart of the city (Piazza San Carlo, Piazza Castello).
The apartment is ideal for couples, but is also easily adapted to individuals, or groups of up to 5. You may count on: Wi-Fi internet connection, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities.
Everything, just to make you feel at home…the Torino way!
Check-in: from 2 pm on (provided that the appartment is not taken the night before your arrival, earlier check-in may be possible)

Perfect location, clean apartment, quiet place in a lively aerea very close to the station and heart of Turin. Suitable for 2 people or 3-4 if you know each other well.
Thank you Livia for letting us stay in your lovely flat. Spacious and spotless, it's in a vibrant area with lots of good restaurants nearby. A bit noisy early in the morning with loading vans etc just underneath the apartment, but you can't have everything, I guess. Best wishes, Frank
Our staying in Turin was very pleasant. The apartment was nice in every way :) , clean, calm and very well fitted with. It was easy to went out seeing city, museums etc. & eating in very nice restaurants behind corner as well and taking aperitivos. Thank you very much Livia and Alessio.
Ah, Turin feels like a lifetime ago and we only left yesterday. Glad that we didn't go mad whilst in town like Friedrich Nietzsche :o) Instead, we had a great stay at your lovely apartment.
San Salvario is a great location from which to explore the city. We walked everywhere and barely used any public transport, which was great. There are about 4 options for food and drink within a minute's walk of the apartment. However, we were never disturbed by noise.
We took it upon ourselves to do some serious research whilst in town. The best gelato joint we found is two streets away on Via Claudio Luigi Bertholet - it's called Mara dei Boschi. Head down the road towards the River Po and keep your eyes peeled for a neon ice-cream sign on the right. We would easily recommend the hazelnut flavour!
Very happy to recommend this apartment if you're looking for a quiet base from which to explore the wonderful city of Torino. Livia made everything very straightforward. Thank you again.
