City Loft Prenzlauer Berg 3
|住所||Kopenhagener Straße, 10437 Berlin, ドイツ|
It is located in a quiet side street in an old fully renovated factory building, faced to the inner courtyard. Additional there is a radio, internet connection and TV in the living room. The lofts have a special wonderful relaxed atmosphere. You will enjoy it very much. Baker shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are close by within 5 minutes by foot.
On 1.1.2014, the city of Berlin started charging a „City Tax“ for all private travellers in the amount of 5% of the net rent (total rent less all fees, cleaning and VAT). Business travellers and stays above 21 days are excluded.
net rent 150 Euro x 5% = 7,50 Euro

Nice apartment in a decent location
strategic location close to the metro station sudkreuz.Quartiere quiet and hot servito.Appartamento and accogliente.Grazie Ben x having us
This Loft was great. Very spacious and well appointed. Nice quiet building easy check in. The kitchen was adequately equipped but bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The neighborhood had lots to offer and was really close to shopping and the U Ban. I highly recommend this place.
My experience with Windu was less than straightforward. The web site said your credit card would be billed upon check in. Not true, it was billed at the time of the booking. A notice after booking tells you of additional taxes that are assessed. I assumed this is what would be billed upon check-in but evidently one is suppose to leave cash behind to cover it. Attempts to resolve this with the owner were complicated by the web site which refused to send my messages because it would not recognize my phone number.
Found this apartment very disappointing in comparision with others we have rented in the city. It was very dark and gloomy and extremely meagre in terms of towels, and kitchen equipment provided. The nearest shops for basic supplies were at least 10 minutes walk away, unusual for Berlin.
Very nice apartment. Easy to get access to by the information via E-mail. Clean and well equipped. Big up for being on the groundfloor.
The apartment was gorgeous, very spacious, kid friendly and conveniently located! I would definitely recommend. If you want the baby cot you should notify Ben in advance.
Ben and Tania gave quick feedback on all my questions prior our stay at their apartment. Everything was exactly as described and the apartment was clean and tidy. The transfer service offered was an extra and realy good service. I highly recommend this apartment, the area (don't miss the wine bar close to the Apartment) and these hosts for all of you who want's to visit Berlin.
The apartment was okay and clean.
Location advised is correct however the apartment is not at the heart of the neirbourghood or even close. 10 minutes walk from Schönefeld station. For this reason, I consider the rent is very expensive.
Ben always provided quick responses however the information was confusing. He asked me to contact Tania 5-2 days before arrival. Tania never got back to me and I contacted with Ben. He mentioned a shuttle service from the airport offered by Tania. Tania never contacted. Ben also mentioned a key code (aparently very important detail), I am still wondering what was that key code for, apart from made us really confused about If we were at the right place, where "key codes" didn't exist, only the names of the bells. The name of our bell was supposed to be Hönicke but it was not there. Really confusing situation. Finally, a member of the cleaning crew (who was cleanning other apartments) saw us on the street and gave us the KEYS to acces the building where we finally could see the name of the bell "Hönicke".
Apart from the arrival we had an amazing time in Berlin. Absolutely in love with the city.
