Located about 8 metro stops from old city which for us was great as you are out of congestion of tourist area. House is a bit of a walk from metro stop and grocery store but nearby are sports fields and a nature reserve with lovely small lakes.
Room bright on ground floor with toilet and shower just outside in the hall. Spacious kitchen with everything you could ask for and living room area with couch and outdoor patio deck. Bikes available free. Host very welcoming and accessible. Other guests staying upstairs.
Mostly nothing negative. Very pleasant stay. Thanks very much.
- gorgeous room
- delicious breakfast
- beautiful environment and landscape
- friendly host
- best connection into town (about 15 minutes to T Centralen)
With best recommendations! :-)
Beautiful Eco Village, next to a forest and lakes, yet just 20 cycling minutes from the city center, cycles are included! Very cozy room and a super friendly and interesting host. Loved it.
Such a lovely house surrounded by nature and very comfortable overall. Ulf provides bikes which is a big plus for reaching the station nearby. If you fancy living like the Swedes, try Ulf's house.
We really enjoyed the house, the company, the quiet environment, and the professionial help of Maja. We sure recommend this experience to everyone who wants to see Stockholm while sleeping next to the Natural Reserve. The subway is only 5 minutes away.
I spent 8 days in Nil's house with my brother and my sister last week. The house is located really close to the forest and it was absolutely the most important thing I was looking for ! There's an awesome view from the windows. It will leave you speechless. The contact with the nature is direct. We saw a roe deer outside our room sometimes. The house itself is cozy and functional and Nils is really kind and he will help you when you will need help (with the dish machine or when you ask for advices about the city). Visit the city but don't miss to dedicate your time to walk in the reserve (Nackareservatet) it's absolutely a 'to-do' thing !
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who plans to visit Stockholm!
Nils bed&breakfast is perfect for a visit in Stockholm. The accommodation is close to nature, nevertheless you have a short way to the city. Our room was very nice and Nils is a very friendly host, always looking, that everything is fine and pleasantly. We enjoyed our stay very much.
We spent the weekend at the Nils's house. We liked it very much, very nice man Nils .I would highly recommend it to anyone who plans to visit Stockholm!
We had a very pleasant stay in the house of Nils, who was friendly and helpful for us. Our room was good. Important is a good bed and quitness to get a good sleep. We had it in the Eco Village where Nils lives.
We where there with 3 copples and that was nice, because we could talk and somethimes eat with each other.
The Eco Village is ± 8 minutes walking to the metro station and than 15 minutes to the central station. We viewed this as positive.
Nice, quiet, clean and cosy house in an ecological village right in the nature.
The kitchen was spacy and very well equipped - breakfast is included. Our bed room was a little too small for 3 persons but if you stay just for a couple days this is okay. During our stay there were six other guests (2 parties). So you must know that you might not be alone and that you have to share into the kitchen and the two bathrooms. The other guerst were nice and quiet - so it was no big deal.
Nils was a very friendly host who reacted promtly on my emails. He also gave us useful tips regarding sights, cafes, swimming locations etc. We especially liked the bikes that Nils provided. From his house to downtown Stockholm it's just a 20 minutes bike ride! Getting around in Stockholm by bike is just great! Without bikes we wouldn't have seen so much within 2,5 days.
