Everything was fine. Most important, you have an awesome view over the City of Rome. I recommend this appartment!
The bedroom is really fantastic: very comfortable, with an wonderful view over the city. The bathroom (in our case outside the room) was really big, with a shower and also very nice. There is a fridge also where you can put some water or also foods, and if you would like you can prepare your breakfast, as there is some mugs and also a kettle.
Our only suggestion, is to put a better light (a bigger lamp at least) in the room, because it is really dark.
Gianpaolo is a really nice and helpful, and everything was perfect.
The apartment is closed to the metro station Re di Roma, and the area is quite. There are also some good restaurants in the neighborhood.
So we will highly recommended this place.
A really wonderful room with a wonderful view over a great part of Rome.
Gianpaolo is very kind and a great host, the appartment is well maintained and clean.
The appartment lies near a busy road, but even with the windows opened we had no problem with sleeping or anything. Metrostations, supermarket, breakfast shop etc. are all very close to the appartment.
I would really recommend this room to everyone!
We spent amazing weeknd in Rome, Gianpaolo is perfect host, he cares about everything. The room was ideal and we didn't feel like somebody else live next tu us. We felt like at home. The view from balcony is amazing by day and by night. Perfect localization, near to the metro. I think that in Gianpaolo's place you will find everything what you need to spend great time in Rome.
Everything was fine!
The room ist big and clean with an shared balcony wich has a great view over rome. You can even see st. peters church :-)
Gianpaolo himself was always friendly and helpfull.
The Bed and Breakfast is not far from a metro station in a nice and green quartor.
Gianpaolo is a really great host, his B&B is very clean and you have a lot of privacy. Everything was OK.
Did all it said on the tin!
Welcoming and helpful owner.
Good location (and excellent directions to help us find it).
Clean and comfortable.
Good facilities- use of fridge and drink making facilities were unexpected and welcome.
Everything was ok. Nice places around to eat and drink. Close to everything. But a bit expensive for a B&B without breakfast...
Gianpaolo was an extraordinary host. Provided me and my friends with maps of the city, and how to get around in the Metro. Metro is walking distance from the apartment.
Apartment has a superb view of Rome, that highilights the rooftops of several tourist attractions. Makes a great photoshoot of panaromic views!
It was really clean and safe. Comfortable beds with a good heating system. Gianpaolo is really helpful in getting you around the city.
Very good place to stay for 30€ per night, close indeed to the center and the metro is with really easy access!
The room was perfectly clean. A little minus would go to the noise you hear from the street (but it's really no big deal when you know you're staying in a capitale). The host was really obliging.
I strongly recommend this place (at least for off-season period).
