Apartment with WiFi in Quiet Area
The main bedroom window faces a private "calle" with only residents passing through. The second bedroom is on a private court and the living room on the street, which is pretty quiet too. The apartment has many windows on all sides so your view varies from street to buildings to gardens. Good natural light is everywhere. The main bedroom has a double bed and feels really nice with big wardrobes. The second bedroom can have up to 3 beds and it's less fancy. It has a wardrobe too.
As you can see in my pictures, the kitchen is well equipped, nothing really seems to be missing so you will be able to cook that breakfast or occasional meal with no issues. The room has many windows so smells from cooking won't be a problem.
The bathroom is small. On the left there's the sink and on the right the toilet, bidet and shower. The shower is inside a small bath which you probably won't use as a real bathtub. On the bright side, it has two windows.
There is 5Mbps WiFi internet, it is password protected which, thankfully, is printed on the board on the wall so you'll be able to go online as soon as you arrive even if you don't remember to ask for it. The air-conditioning is a portable device, quite big in size, which won't be able to keep all rooms very fresh in case of a hot day.
The apartment is located on the second floor (two floors up from the ground floor) of the building and has been put on the rental market recently, so it's in pristine conditions. It's very quiet during the day and during the night.
I'd say this is a pretty good location in Venice as you can really walk to almost everywhere and if you can't the Vaporetto stop is really close, I calculated three minutes’ walk. Add that it's at the second floor and even with your luggage it won't be a problem. There is no lift, mind, so not really suitable for anyone who has problems with stairs.
Accademia is one of the only four bridges crossing the Canal Grande and is a main transport hub. "Piscina Venier" is a quiet minor street. It's really easy to get from the “Accademia” vaporetto stop to the apartment: just a left and a right turns and you're there. Michele will wait for you at the Vaporetto or Accademia bridge the first time, so don't worry.
The Venice Tourist Tax is included in the cleaning fee so you don't have to worry about it!

Betten/Matratzen waren absolut in Ordnung.
Check in was really easy, as I had free roaming it was easy to communicate with the greeter. Informing her where we was and how long we would be.
Everything was perfect except a few issues we had in the bathroom,
The bathroom light was not working and we had to result in using the mirror light, which wasnt bright at all. The water force of hot water was absolutely terrible and it was impossible to shower. Which resulted in showering in cold water
We didn't use the kitchen as we ate out everyday however it was reasonably clean.
The source of light in room was okay, there was only 2 windows.
Location was perfect- supermarkets and eating places were close by and a easy 15mins walk to Rialto bridge
