The Family Apartment includes a large dining room table and a fully-fitted kitchen. After a long day of sightseeing, you can enjoy a glass of wine under the stars in your own private garden. Two floors of bedrooms allow for privacy and ensure a good night’s sleep. The apartment includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a garden and two terraces.
The Family Apartment is discreetly located on a quiet street, but is just around the corner from the glamorous shopping on the King’s Road and the bustling restaurants and pubs of the Fulham Road.
Good transport links into Central London are available via bus links. Sloane Square Underground Station (Circle and District line) and Gloucester Road (Central, District and Piccadilly line) are about fifteen minutes walk, with good connections into the city centre.

For check-in at the flat after 6pm from Monday to Friday, Bank Holidays and weekend (whole day) there will be a fee of £40, otherwise we can collect the keys yourself from a safety box located outside our office at any time. For these last option no additional fee will be applied and we will organise one of our representatives to meet you the morning after for the check in at 10 o' clock at the property. Copy of passport and credit card are required for this option

This residence is gorgeous - plenty of high-quality space in a quiet street, just a few steps off Kings Road with what you'll need of good food just round the corner.
Mrs Alessandra Agnello was a very nice, relaxed and helpful agent to receive us and later to see us out. She is precise and to the point, in a most professional way that at the same time makes one feel at home whilst not in doubt what to do.
I primi tre giorni c'è stato un problema con il riscaldamento della casa (ma lo staff di Alessandra e Chiara è intervenuto con l'invio di tecnici per risolverlo). Per fortuna avevamo altri dieci giorni e il clima era abbastanza mite! Le feste di Natale e capodanno, perciò, sono trascorse in modo piacevole in questa bella, confortevole e ampia casa (su tre piani), situata nel quartiere di South Kensington. A due passi Tube e Bus, oltre a molti negozi, piccoli supermercati, pub, caffè e ristoranti. Last but not least, la vicinanza di due importanti musei (l'Albert & Victoria e il Natural History Museum).
Da lamentare un ritardo di ben 15 giorni nel rimborso del deposito cauzionale (segnalato il problema allo staff, si sono scusati e hanno provveduto a restituirci il dovuto). Malgrado questi inconvenienti, il soggiorno londinese è stato piacevole ed è valsa veramente la pena di passare le vacanze in questa casa!
Great appartement on a wonderful spot in town. Very relaxed for a London based house. The bed was really good as well and the garden enchanting.
We loved the house, great location near Victoria station, quiet. Delightful owners were very friendly. We were less impressed with the agent who was not friendly. In addition we had to pick up the key in Fulham, far away from public transport. Having caught the Heathrow Express into Paddington, this was very inconvenient. If it had been a weekday it would have been doubly difficult, even with taxis.
The Belgravia Apartment is the place to stay in if you want to be close to the heart of London.

The Apartment was perfectly fine, the shower could have been warmer ;-) but was promised to fixed, so all good. The 4 day requirement is a bit inflexible for business travelers, since things can change, but I would def. stay there again. It is a wonderful location and it certainly has everything one needs.

Top-Lage, gute Ausstattung, schöne Wohnung mit zwei Bädern und zwei Doppelzimmern, leider nicht direkt vom Vermieter, sondern über eine Agentur, dafür Punktabzug. Self-check-in ist sehr umständlich, die Agentur verlangt dafür die Kreditkartendaten vorab (per Email! Wir haben sie telefonisch durchgegeben) für die Kaution, was ich sehr ungewöhnlich finde. Eine echte Zumutung war es, dass die Sicherheitsbox, wo der Schlüssel hinterlegt war überhaupt nicht in der Nähe der Wohnung war. Die Informationen von der Agentur waren sehr dürftig, es gab keine Tipps zur Anreise oder Insider-Empfehlungen für einen London-Besuch. Da bin ich anderes gewohnt. Leider wurden während unseres Aufenthalts in der Wohnung über uns laute Handwerkerarbeiten durchgeführt.
