The perfect base to explore Paris. A very well equipped flat in a quiet street, surrounded by a cultural neighborhood. I spent four weeks there. And I would love to come again.
Stayed a week in this fabulous area of Paris, a little enclave away from most of the tourists we discovered it a few years back, it is near the best street for baguettes and cakes and all foods French. Easy to get around all of Paris from here. The apartment has been done very well by Eric and everything has been considered for your stay. Bed is comfortable, view attractive and all very clean, Only suggestion would be a fan, as it does get hot sometimes being at the top of the building. It is a small area, but has every thing you need. Thanks for a great stay guys.
Great apartment, easy access, close to shops, bars, restaurants etc. Owner speaks very good English, and was very happy to help would definitely go back.
A cozy studio apartment in Montmartre. The owner was polite and helpful. The apartment is modest, but clean and neat. The neighborhood is rather touristy, but close to many sights and with a short walk to the metro. I would certainly recommend this apartment and the owners to anyone wanting to stay in Paris.
My stay at Eric´s apartment was everything I expected and more. Nestled in one of the most pleasant corners of Montmartre, only a short walk away from the Sacre Coeur, it sports a beautiful view of the city and a cosy interior with heating that works and all the kitchen appliances one needs to cook your own meal, including a dishwashing machine. There are two well situated Metro stations nearby and it´s only a short 25 min trip to the city center. The neighbourhood is safe, very pleasant with some art galleries, bars and cafe´s and there are two supermarkets within a practical vicinity of the apartment. This was a great find and well worth its price.
After returning from a great break in Paris we would like to thank Eric & Capucine for our stay in
there lovely studio in Montmarte. It was very clean and fittings and equiptment were in as new
condition.A good nights sleep was possible due to a comfortable bed and the quite street. The
nearby area was lively with plenty bars and places to eat. We would have no hesitation to return
on our next Paris visit.
I stayed here with my mother. The apartment was very tiny, clean and tidy. Everything was fine. The owners were very friendly. We only talked via emails but it was enough. The street is quite quiet. We felt like real parisians. We didn't cook but It has all you need to cook. The bed was very comfortable. My mother missed the elevator but a lot of old buildings in Paris don't have one. Great time.
The Studio is really in the heart of Montmartre - only a few blocks from the Sacre Coeur and just around the corner of the grocery shop from the movie "Amelie". Rue des Abbesses with lots of cafes and bars is very close. However, due to the location, there are lots of tourists around and you hardly get a glimpse of the real Parisien life and people.
The Studio itself is the same as in the pics. The bathroom is small though and the toilet is a bit complicated. Overall, we were very satisfied with the Apt.
Communication with Eric was uncomplicated and very good.
