It is a very peaceful place with no noise as it do not face the street. It is comfortable and welcoming .
New York City is larger than life: in population, in square feet (think of the five boroughs), in culture and food, in arts and entertainment. Visitors to New York have the world at their fingertips, from Uptown to Downtown and beyond. There’s so much to do and see, no two visits will ever be quite the same.
Whether it’s your first visit to Gotham or your fifteenth, these top things to do in New York capture the energy, spirit and style of the city. You can not miss Central Park, that covers 843 acres (341 hectares) and is located in the heart of Manhattan. Offering a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the city streets that surround it on all sides, the park is a refreshing year-round sanctuary.
Visitors can walk, run, ride bicycles, play chess and checkers, ice skate, and even fish. Designated quiet zones accommodate those seeking tranquility, while the 21 playgrounds are a boon for families with children who need to move.

Thank you Sophia! You and your friends are wonderful. I hope to come back soon!
We fully recommend this place for a pleasant stay in NYC. We felt totally at home and enjoyed eating in, chilling in our quiet bedroom and talking to our great host. She was very friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay (one week) and made us familiar with the most important information about the neighborhood and the city.
Although the apartment is located at some distance to bustling Mid- und Downtown, it can be reached easily by train or bus. Just make sure to calculate 45 an 75 minutes to get to the city, depending on where exactly you want to go and whether you catch the Express train (A) or the local trains (C, 1). Banks, Delis and Supermarkets are close, so is the Hudson with the Riverside Park.
Thanks for a great stay!

It was a wonderful time in New York. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Next time we will stay longer.
Cybele and Ana were lovely hosts to me. Kind, informative and very friendly from the moment I arrived, I felt welcome immediately. The double room was spacious, clean and had all the modern facilities I needed. Their apartment is close to several metro stations and with shops and restaurants nearby, I would very happily stay here again. Many thanks for the warm hospitality.
I had a good stay at Cybele's apartment. She was so helpful if you needed advice to get around New York City. I've seen a lot more this time that I never would see if I stayed at a hotel.
The area the apartment is are nice and quiet from the city, and you get to experience the real NYC life. The people in the neighborhood is nice too.
I will definitely stay here again when I visit New York. Cybele is such a great host and takes good care of you.
