Cozy Room in Great Area with Wi-Fi (ME4)
|住所||Mile End Rd, E1 4UN London, イギリス|
Boasting tasteful, modern decor, this private bedroom contains a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. The tiled communal bathroom features a bidet and a bathtub with shower, and the shared kitchen provides laundry facilities.
The Whitechapel area was once most famous for Victorian poverty and Jack the Ripper. Though the Ten Bells pub still remains, the district has become one of London’s most popular tourist destinations. Brick Lane offers everything from vintage boutiques and festivals to world-class Curry Houses and vibrant markets.
Stepney Green Underground Station is just a 5-minute walk away, and offers regular services to other parts of the city. For guests with an interest in history, there are many guided tours available within the area.
The flat was clean and well furnished, with TV in the room and the kitchen. The kitchen was good, with plenty pans and a microwave, etc., all one needed.
However the key for the front door wasn't well cut, and needed much fiddling before it finally admitted you. I did not meet Kaz the host, at any time over the 3 day stay, though clearly somebody came into the flat, and emptied the rubbish bin in the kitchen. Soon after I arrived, I realised there was no hot water, nor central heating- not so good in late November. Kaz did not reply to a phone call, nor to a text message.I had to phone "support", who also could not contact him. There was a flashing red light on the central heating boiler, suggestive of a malfunction. When I returned to the flat later in the evening the place was warm, and so was the water. But no word from Kaz, so not impressed by him. The flat was nice however, and quiet, away from a busy road, so I would be happy to return.I was pleased with the support I was given, but reckon Kaz should reimburse my phone costs, wake up and do the job he is paid for.
This place unfortunately did not meet my exspectations at all. It was very noisy because the windows facing the main street couldn't be properly closed. Also, it smelled very bad in the room (cigarette smoke). Alltogether it wasn't clean and I wouldn't recommend staying here.
The entrance for the house is under the bridge, i hadnt notice even though kaz did send a picture so keep an eye out. The room was clean and tidy, only problem was it was quite cold, but i guess thats because of the laminate floors and the rooms being relatively big. The location is perfect within a few minutes of public transport and tesco opposite. Cheap cheerful convenient place would recommend for the short stays.
Comfortable room. Quiet but central location.
I was there for only one night, the accommodation was good enough, quite spacious, with a big bed and clean but one of the showers and bathrooms was out of order, that means that if the place is fully booked and I think there are around five six rooms for sure it would be problem. also the Internet was not working. By the other hand the location is good.
Last weekend we stayed at Kazzos room. Over all it was a really nice stay. Our room and the whole apartment was clean, for breakfast there were different cornflakes options and most important for us the house is centrally located.
The only thing that was not ok was the window in our room, which even closed created a strong draught, so the whole room was really cold.
Everything was perfect. We could leave our bags early. We had trouble finding the house but a nice guy helped us out.
Great room near the centre
Great room: good location, flat clean and quiet :)
