The room is ideal for couples, friends, family or professionals visiting the City. Has an amazingly comfortable double bed, a plasma TV, freezer, internet and a shared fitted kitchen with washing machine. Soap and shampoo are also available.
Close to the high-octane world of the City of London and also near to London's trendy east End, with Shoreditch and Brick Lane very nearby. Liverpool Street Tube Station is 1 minute walk away. Liverpool Street is a big transport hub with connections all over the great city of London.
Shoreditch is in the east of central London and is one of the most popular areas in London at the moment. It is full of trendy cafés, bars, restaurants and other meeting points such as galleries and small shops. There are also a lot of exciting markets surrounding the area such as Brick Lane Market, Broadway Market and Colombia Road Market.
A short walk away from Shoreditch is Liverpool Street station where you can access Central Line, which will take you to the Oxford Street in 10 minutes. Oxford Street is the main shopping street in London, and nearby are a lot of the typical attractions of London. There are also plenty of buses and night buses running 24/7 from all directions in London. Whether you want to enjoy a day (or night) out in central London, or chill out with the locals in one of the markets, Shoreditch is the perfect location for you.

The Pictures has nothing to do with the reality. Many very small rooms. Very noisy, because of the lousy window, a loud fridge and very thin walls between each room. you have to put the used toilets-tissues in a bin beside the toilete - bit strange. Price for this centrally located room is good.
The convenient position, the low price (compared to average prices in London), the kindness of the staff.
The room was really little larger than the bed. It was actually clean, but everything in the house (including the bathroom, the stairs, etc) gives an impression of wretchedness. They gave us two towels for two people in five days and never changed them. It was a little too noisy, but that depends also on the behaviour of other guests.
High quality-price ratio for the room.
Very good location, 1 min for the tube, trains and transfer bus to Stansted airport (Liverpool street station), close to pubs and supermarket.
No bad smells but high noise due to a bad insonorization.
Common areas cleaned daily but very small trash bin in the toilet for the trash :-O
Room small but clean, perfect for a long weekend.
Staff very polite and efficient, avaiable 24/7
Small but fine room. Perfect for a short stay for students for example. Good location, 2 min. walk to Liverpool Street Station and quite at night. Decent bathroom. The stairs are misleading dirty, but upstairs its fine. All in all, good choice for a cheap stay in a good location.
Even though the bedroom is very small, smaller than what we had thought, it's a pretty nice room with a little table, a small fridge, a wardrobe, a chair and an iron.
Best thing about it was its location since its very near Liverpool Street Station and in a very lively neighbourhood surrounded by pubs, bars and supermarkets.Worst thing about it was that there wasn't an elevator and since it's on the second or third floor it was pretty difficult to arrive there with all the luggage.
It might not look very glamurous fr toom the outside but there's always someone willing to help and we met a south american woman, who I think worked as a cleaner, that was very nice and helped my friend and I by translating some things that we weren't very sure of what to say in English.
We didn't meet Marcos until he came up one day to show the place to some other guests but I have no complaints about the bedroom or our host. It's not the most fashionable of places but you get what you pay for. We would rent it again if we were to return to London.
Great room and a great location. Lots of bars and restaurants around and in the middle of the centre. You shouldn't expect a very luxurious room. It's just a good room, especially compared to what you pay for it.
I also stayed in another room owned by Marco. Something was wrong with the room, so instead of a new room, we got an entire cottage to ourselves. Marcos is a very friendly and helpful person. So, I will definitely recommend his rooms.
Nice room with own fridge. Daily cleaning. Bathroom sharing was sometimes a bit stressful. But I would book again.
Good location, minutes walk to the station. Really small room but comfortable bed, LCD TV, bar fridge and cupboard. Fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom between all guests (there was about 5 other double rooms on this floor). There's about three flights of narrow stairs to get up to the room, which is important if you've got heavy luggage (like we did). One criticism was that Marcos' number that he asked us to call him on did not work when we tried to call him, luckily we had internet connection and he saw a message we sent through Wimdu and he met us there, that was only by chance though, we could've been waiting for hours. Overall though, good value and convenient spot to explore London.
