The accommodation consists of two floors (160 m2). Three of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, one of them counts with two single beds, and the others are equipped with a double bed. None of the bedrooms have air conditioning but we are pleased to supply fans upon request – please ask before. There are two bathrooms, one of them with shower cabin and the other one with bath tub.
The house has a rural and rustic atmosphere. Sit down and relax; the living area offers you a comfortable sofa to read a good book, watch television (Satellite TV) or just take a nap. Of course the living area also counts with a chimney for chilly nights. The dining area shares space with the living room. There is a table with seats for up to six people. The independent kitchen is fully equipped. There are enough parking spaces for up to 3 cars in front of the house, but they are not covered. Pets are welcome!
For your garden parties there is a BBQ and a table with seats on the terrace. Take a refreshing dip in the pool or just relax while your children are playing in the garden. The lawn has a size of about 50m2. The private pool has a size of 9 meters x 4 meters. Sure you will enjoy sunbathing by the pool on one of the sunloungers - the perfect place for all the sun lovers, who are searching for a quiet and private place to enjoy the Majorcan sun. From the terrace you will enjoy nice views over the countryside up to the mountains.
The plot has 1500 m2 and has been used for decades for agricultural purposes. The former owners were farmers and still you can see some remainders of this activity. Close to the house you will find sheeps, rabbits, hens, etc and a wide variety of trees, mostly almond trees.
About 2.5 kilometers far from the house, you will find the city of Inca. There you will find gas stations, a hospital, pharmacies, lots of restaurants and shops, supermarkets, etc.
When you leave Inca heading to Lluc you will pass by Selva and afterwards go into a valley, there lays the village of Caimari. There you will find some bars with a good atmosphere, especially during the night from the 16th to the 17th of august (during these dates take place the annual celebrations of the village). The town is famous for its good olive oil, which is elaborated there. At the olive mill “La Tafona” you can see all the process of making olive oil; furthermore they have a good restaurant.
The next beaches are situated in Puerto de Pollença and Puerto de Alcúdia. You will reach them in less than half an hour. In the west of the island you will find the magnificent mountain range of the Serra de Tramuntana with lots of nice spots. Very famous is the small bay “La Calobra”.
NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

The house is great. You have enough room, beautiful pool and everything is clean. Two minor issues: 1. The owner can only speak Spanish, so that can be difficult. 2. The bed in one of the rooms was clearly at the end of his life.
The service from 'Charming Islands' was perfect. They are 24hours available and the service is good and swift.
We had a great vacation.
Absolutely perfect stay. The apartment and location were brilliant , close to the beach and near to amenities. The owners were lovely. And the chalet/villa was lovely. Would highly recommend it!

perfect appartment! the location in the old town of pollença, very close to the plaza major with all its restaurants and bars, was great. nonetheless, its was quiet and we got all the peace and sleep we needed. Everything was clean, modern and spaceful and the owner nice, helpful and uncomplicated.
I can really recomment this place!
Appartment is great, very well situated in the center of Pollensa. Joanne is very sympathic. Do not rent this appartment during the last july week if you expect to sleep, this is the annual local party, and its very very noisy... otherwise we would recommend it

Buenas tardes. Nuestra estancia en S'ESTANYOL ha sido muy agradable por el apartamento, que es cómodo y funcional y se ajusta exactamente a la información que se proporciona en su web, y, lógicamente por el entorno y por la isla, que es maravillosa.
No obstante debo señalar dos aspectos decepcionantes para que lo tengan en consideración: el primero es el de los reiterados mensajes (fraudulentos, aunque de apariencia impecables, firmados por Xisca and team), alertando sobre supuestos problemas con mi reserva. Además de producirse, lo peor es que no dejaron de llegarme a pesar de alertarles por teléfono y también en el chat, esto fue muy desagradable, porque parecían mensajes reales, y nos provocaron bastante incertidumbre....
2. Desde Villafinca me mandaron un mail con una dirección de un bar donde me entregarían las llaves y me informaban sobre que "el propietario nos daría la bienvenida", pues bien, nadie nos esperaba, en el bar decían desconocer a Villafinca, ni que nadie les hubiera encargado nada... cuando les mostramos el plano con la dirección de su bar se mostraron extrañados.. Cuando finalmente vieron nuestra estupefacción, aparecieron de repente unas llaves, con una dirección escrita en el llavero, y que "a lo mejor eran esas llaves, que ellos conocían al dueño de pasada..." Por favor, era necesario todo eso? Finalmente entramos en la vivienda y nos acomodamos en ella sin que nadie nos explicara lo más mínimo y habitual cuando llegas a un inmueble nuevo... Todo bastante decepcionante, como digo....
