Gorgeous Enchanting Garden Apartment

We had a wunderfull time in San Francisco. The appartment is pleasant and has everything to feel at home for a view days with a small family. Around the corner is a big Trader Joe for all the food suppies, a nice place to have dinner ( the corner shop) and bus 38 stops overthere too and brings you within 15 min. downtown. Mony rang several times to ask if everything was ok and when we left he was there to clean things up. We would certainly use this appartment again for our nedt visit to SF

Nous sommes très satisfaits de la manière dont s'est déroulé notre accueil. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Monty, mais avant le séjour, il a répondu très rapidement à toutes nos questions posées par mail, la réception du logement s'est effectuée sans aucun problème. L'appartement est tout à fait agréable, bien situé, au calme (même si l'on entend le(s) voisin(s) du dessus, bien équipé, proche du bus et des commerces. Toutes les explications nécessaires sont données, Monty s'est inquiété de notre bien-être et a là encore été très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous recommandons cette adresse à SF et serons heureux d'y revenir si l'occasion se présente.

Appartement agréable et confortable,un peu loin du centre ville, mais le bus 38 est rapide et tout proche (2mn. à pied).Literie excellente. Excellent rapport qualité-prix!!!! Monty est très facilement joignable par mail, même si nous ne l'avons jamais vu.

I would stay here again anytime. The flat was clean and confortable for 2 people. The location was very convenient to visit the Golden Gate park, the Presidio and the Haight. The bus 38 runs all the way downtown, in 20-30 min. The wifi worked well. The only downside is that the appartment was a bit cold and humid, probably because of it's location at the back of the house. A dehumidifier would be useful.

acceuil froid et distant, appartement pas très propre,vaisselle peu abondante et pas nette, jardin à l'abandon! literie correcte , bruyant le matin avec la proximité de l'appartement du dessus , je ne recommanderai pas cette location!!

Hey folks! I can definitely recommend this apartment.It is very big, clean and you have everything you need to feel comfortable. The host is always available and friendly. If you take the bus around the corner, you are in downtown in about 10 mins. Perfect accommodation!

Nette Wohnung, in einer ruhigen Lage, mit einem separatem Schlafzimmer, einer Schlafcouch, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Das Bad ist sauber, in der Wohnung befindet sich eine Anleitung für die Dusche :-) Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum. Die Bushaltestelle ist aber in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Gutes Preisl/Leistungsverhältnis.

Comfortable, well appointed apartment close to Geary Blvd and the #38 bus, Trader Joe's and the wonderful Green Apple bookshop; also plenty of good "takeout" food options. Clear and helpful instructions.

Spaceous appartment, comfortable, near transit (bus 38 and bus 5 take you everywhere). Friendly owner. Well equipped (diswasher, bath/shower, oven, toaster, fridge/freezer...). Plenty of storage. Not brand new, but clean. You can hear upstairs' neighbors but not too bad. No hassle, good value for money. I would rent here again.

qua accommodatie app. in orde: ruimte ok, goed bed,badkamer -gasvuur - ijskast ok, alles aanwezig. Algemene netheid kan verbeterd worden, onze norm van netheid ligt iets anders. Daar de huizen in Amerika veel in hout gebouwd worden, wel last van lawaai, als je luidruchtige buren boven je hoofd hebt. Afspraken voor sleutel perfect.
