The place was very clean and big. It had a nice garden that we could use whenever we wanted, which is great if you go with kids. The only problem was that it said the beach was 400m away, which is true but it was 400m of steps, which is a problem when you are coming back and have to go up (with kids, baby and a lot of stuff).
Apart from that, everything was great.
Located in central Supetar with walking distance to beaches and the ferry, this accommodation is a perfect hub for a Brac vacation.
The view from the terrace is scenic with a clear view of Split from the other side of the strait. The beds are comfortable and not as hard as a lot of beds are in these kind of accomodations. The kitchen, though small, works well to cook in. We cooked one meal a day here for almost two weeks without getting swamped. The host is nice and very helpful and sometimes unexpectedly gave us treats such as fresh lemonade or home baked cookies. We traveled with a 1 1\2 year old, which worked really well here, she had a crib of her own and loved both the host and the house cat!
A great place to stay in the summer.
Very friendly and nice host.
We spent a really good time in this flat, everything is close, beach, shops, bar..
First time in the St Moritz - we skiing in various places and now we were here.
This is a very nice place. We have a very good weather firstly for 10 years!
Very good situation near the lakes and quite good reception
Biarritz is really beautiful, this apartment is definitley not.
The first thing I noticed after the booking was the ~20€ cleaning fee per person (!!) you have to pay, which was not mentioned before I confirmed the booking. We were 6 persons, all in all we had to pay 114€ for cleaning.
Upon our arrival, there were dirt stains all over the walls in 2 bedrooms, mold in the bathroom and one of the two single beds was broken (the mattress would crack down to the floor). Seeing the huge cleaning bill we had to pay, we contacted the office that rented the apartment and showed them pictures of the shortcomings. They didn't react very nicely. At first they proposed to us to send a cleaning lady over to clean walls and bathroom, but with us only staying for 2 days and having plans, this was not an option. Then, they proposed to give us an extra bed which we would have had to transport with our car (!) to the apartment. After heavy protest, they finally agreed to pay us back the money we had to pay in front for cleaning.
Towels and bed linen weren't included either, per person we would have had to pay extra to get some from the office. Fortunatley we had sleeping bags and towels ourselves.
The upsides of our stay were that the apartment is located close to the city center and shops are around the corner, and that Biarritz is a very beautiful town. Also, apart from everything else, the living room is quite nice.
All in all I would not recommend a stay in this apartment, even though the price (at first) sounds reasonable for an expensive town like Biarritz.
Great place, very warm and sunny days. Apartment was good value for your money. Nice and clean.
Perfect apartment close to everything. Interhome is very professional and everything went perfectly.
We were promised to have wifi, but something went wrong and we didn't get it.
The house is neat but unfortunately there's construction site right outside the entrance.
But other things are not bad.
