This is a modern 160 m2 chalet that counts with 3 bedrooms, so it’s ideal for families and little groups of friends. There are two bedrooms with two single beds and one room with a double bed. There is no AC bud we can provide you with fans if you request them. There are two bathrooms with shower.
The property is all fenced to enhance your security. It has a little garden and a 40 m2 terrace. There is a barbeque where you can cook a tempting dinner and the terrace is furnished with table and chairs. The 8x3.2 pool is perfect to refresh yourself during hot summer days or sunbathe in one of the 6 sun beds on the pool area. Due to the house is located in a urbanization, it has neighbors but the house facilities are totally private.
The house is furnished with 6 chairs, satellite TV and fireplace for autumn nights. The living room has air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need: toaster, coffee machine, microwave, gas stove and oven, cutlery, kitchen appliances, fridge with freezer and a lot more. Of course you will find as well washing machine, iron and ironing board. Pets are allowed.
Son Serra beach is only 850 meters. There aren’t big hotels in the area and it isn’t very crowded during high season. Just you, the sun and the sea! You can choose between rocks or sandy beach. You might find seaweeds, especially during low season, although you will always find a place without them so the beach is very long. The urbanization counts with a pharmacy, a little supermarket and some very good restaurants.
Nearby in Can Picafort, you will find a sandy beach with sun beds and sun umbrellas, bars, restaurants and a lively environment. It’s just 10 minute drive. Between Son Serra and Can Picafort you will find the prehistoric site Son Real and the public old estate of Son Real. From there you can do a nice day trip walking along the beach to Son Serra, especially during low season, when it’s not so hot.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

A very nice, big house in the old town. With arches from 1771! We enjoyed it very much.
The house is great. You have enough room, beautiful pool and everything is clean. Two minor issues: 1. The owner can only speak Spanish, so that can be difficult. 2. The bed in one of the rooms was clearly at the end of his life.
The service from 'Charming Islands' was perfect. They are 24hours available and the service is good and swift.
We had a great vacation.
Absolutely perfect stay. The apartment and location were brilliant , close to the beach and near to amenities. The owners were lovely. And the chalet/villa was lovely. Would highly recommend it!

perfect appartment! the location in the old town of pollença, very close to the plaza major with all its restaurants and bars, was great. nonetheless, its was quiet and we got all the peace and sleep we needed. Everything was clean, modern and spaceful and the owner nice, helpful and uncomplicated.
I can really recomment this place!
Appartment is great, very well situated in the center of Pollensa. Joanne is very sympathic. Do not rent this appartment during the last july week if you expect to sleep, this is the annual local party, and its very very noisy... otherwise we would recommend it
Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft. Im neunten Stock eines Neubaus läßt es sich sehr schön mit direktem Blick auf die Bucht sitzen und frühstücken. Allerdings wäre es uns lieb gewesen, wenn die Wohnung (speziell Bad und Küche) ein wenig gepflegter gewesen wäre und wir mehr Raum im Schrank gehabt hätten.
Anstrengend war auch das Finden der Wohnung. Da auf der Bestätigung der Anmietung lediglich die Strasse (nicht im Navi zu finden) und die Hausnummer vermerkt waren (wobei es zwei Eingänge der selben Hausnummer gibt) und die Klingelknöpfe nur mit 9a, 9b und 9c ohne Namen benannt sind mußten wir die Agentur anrufen, um über sie den Wohnungseigentümer zu bitten, uns vor der Haustür abzuholen. Erschwerend kam dazu, dass die Hauseingänge selbst nur durch eine geschlossene Autoeinfahrt oder eine ebenfalls geschlossene Tür für Fußgänger erreichbar waren. Erst mit einem einfahrenden Auto kamen wir in die Anlage, um dann die schwierige Suche nach der richtigen Wohnung beginnen zu können.
Der Kontakt zum Wohnungsgeber sollte im Vorfeld durch Wimdu unbedingt direkt möglich gemacht werden.
