This small property is situated in the locality of Falciani in the municipality of Impruneta, just a few kilometres from the town of Greve, the gateway to the Chianti Classico region. The two flats have been recently renovated and furnished with expert taste by the owners who live in the next-door building. The area is extremely peaceful and is the ideal choice for a pleasant, relaxing sojourn. S. Casciano Val di Pesa, where all services are to be found, is just 5 km. away and Florence 11 km. This property is a perfect starting point for excursions, because at 5 km from the highway and only 2 km from the motorway. The two flats may be booked together, enabling a situation of total privacy. In the fenced garden, to be used only by the 2 appartments, there have been created 2 private areas with common barbecue. Private uncovered parking. In the property there is a common laundry (use included in the price). The day after the arrival date owners offer the breakfast. Pets admitted only if the 2 apts are booked together. Heating on consumption. House "Le Sante Marie", renovated, surrounded by trees. 5 km from the centre of San Casciano Val di Pesa, 11 km from the centre of Firenze, 16 km from the centre of Greve in Chianti, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: garden 200 m2 (fenced). Barbecue. Private: garden furniture. In the house: central heating, washing machine (for shared use). Parking by the house. Shop, grocers 500 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km. Golf course 7 km, tennis 5 km, riding stables 5 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds.
Nice little house with everything you need. There's a sandbeach nearby, you can walk to it in 5 minutes. With the cab or bus it's easy to go to the city of Zadar. The host was very sweet and willing to arrange anything. We had a good time!
I chose the appartment because of low price and good location. I payed the amount of 160€ for 3 nights which was on the receipt I got from windu. After that I realized that the flat was sold by a company called interhome which sent me a second receipt for a cleaning few of 58€. So the inital low price increased by 35%.
I could have seen this clicking on an extra button in the description in advance. Very poor strategy to make money, sorry guys....
The flat itself was very good, clean and recomendable.
Had a pleasant stay here for 4 days. Very centrally located apartment with restaurants, a bakery, a slaughter and an Metro right outside the door.
Some street noise and the apartment could need a major cleaning.
1-very dear(expensive) by report(relationship) quality / prices(prizes)
2-aftre the reservation a great surprise in supplement bond 100€ payment for (cleaning +draps+taxes)
3 - impossible of sat(based) in the garden or to open windows because of big mosquitoes (in spite of the precautions were all pricked by mosquito
4 - walked out of order
5-full of dust, in private individuals under mattresses
7-lack of playroom(gaming room) (children and adults) and fitness gym
8-I never return and I do not advise(recommend) it to my friends

We were two families with children who rented an Elviria (Marbella) property from Interhome through Wimdu. The Wimdu process was quite simple and quick. The follow up with Interhome started poorly, they kept asking for payment, when it had already been sent, and would not give the property address until payment logged by them. When that was sorted it was a bit of a shock to arrive there from the airport, and not be able to get in for an hour because the number Interhome gave went to a voicemail, eventually rang Interhome Germany and got them to get us into the property. The complex is very nice, secure and well serviced. The property was lovely and clean, and would have been ideal for our families, had it not been for one issue, it was NOT the property we had booked on Wimdu, The Wimdu photos were of a sunny top floor apartment, which was decorated and furnished beautifully. This was a ground floor, not sunny, apartment, which was furnished ok. To compound matters we had no hot water till almost 10pm that night, running after various agents, night guards etc. Then no running water on third day, all of which was conveyed to Interhome. After a polite but lengthy investigation, they basically said no issues as far as they were concerned and they would offer 10% off our next booking, REALLY...would you book with them after that?? poor customer service, very keen to take your hard earned money, not very keen to take responsibility or compensate genuine complaints. Do not assume the property you are looking at is what Interhome will give you, by then its too late you have paid and you have travelled there and they refused to compensate or take responsibility.

Very good orieted appartment in the centre of Chamonix. Exxellent on the minute service from Interhome when the bathtub was clogged.
The apartment was clean, well equipped, in a great location with allocated parking. It was in need of some TLC.It could do with the walls redecorating and the patio area tidying up.
Great place with very nice hostess, great public transport from there you can get everywhere. Everything was nice and clean, great base to explore austria!
